Atanas has received degree in Engineering from Tokyo University of Science in Japan and received a Master Degree of Architecture from The University of Applied Arts in Vienna.
He was part of the famous Studio of Zaha Hadid in Vienna between 2013 and 2015.
In 2016, he co-founded Digital Architects. Core value of the company is to provide Design, Engineering and Materialisation services for highly efficient, functionally articulated and uniquely shaped architecture.
From April 2017, Atanas has joined University of Innsbruck, Institute of Experimental Architecture – Hochbau as PhD Researcher working on development of material technologies for highly efficient double curved structural surfaces together with Prof. Rames Najjar.
He is also a consultant to other organisations in the field of technical and organisational innovations in architecture such as Indo-Austrian NGO Thinking Hand and Reparametrize Studio.
